Users can manage to consult the Microsoft Exchange calendar, receive notifications and alerts about meetings, access the corporate directory and the status of presence or instant messaging directly from the screen of the videophone. They can also expand the PC desktop to include the VVX 500 Videophone screen and navigate and interact with it using the keyboard or mouse.
