At Greentelecoms, we believe 100% in our products. All our products are subject to a 12 months warranty. All items are shipped as soon as possible after the order has been received and paid for.

All items purchased from our company are packed to the highest standards and we give 100% attention to the way our items are shipped.

These Shipping & Returns conditions shall apply to all the products and offers made by us to customers.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. SHIPPING

1.1 Shipping costs vary depending on products and destination.
Greentelecoms will require full delivery address in order to calculate shipping costs and delivery time.
1.2 Greentelecoms will bill shipping costs as a separate item on the invoice presented to Buyer.
1.3 Delivery time will depend on stock availability, shipping options and destination.
1.4 Optionally, Buyer can organize collection of goods if it is more convenient.

If for any reason your item is not delivered to the highest standards please contact us. We will do our best to resolve any problems or issues that arise.

Items damaged in transit must be notified immediately and returned within 7 days for a refund to be considered. We will refund any payments made if for any reason your item does not reach you in perfect condition.

2. PAYMENT OPTIONS – PREPAID PAYMENT TERMS

Greentelecoms accepts the following payment options: PayPal and bank transfer. Orders are delivered when the payment has been made and the confirmation received.

3. CANCELLATION

Cancellation or modifications of orders are subject to Greentelecoms’ prior written consent in each instance.

4. LIMITED WARRANTY

All Greentelecoms products come with a period of twelve (12) months warranty following the date of the purchase. Except as otherwise expressly authorized by Greentelecoms.

5. RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION OR RMA

Should you be unsatisfied for any reason contact us at admin@greentelecoms.com, please ensure that the purchase invoice number and a full explanation for the return are given. For physical damage a photo must be sent together with a fault description.

Our administration department will assign you an RMA number request form. All goods must be returned within 14 days from the date the RMA is created.

All goods must be returned as supplied including cables, power supplies, etc, and product boxes in perfect condition. To ensure secure transit please pack equipment with sufficient padding.

Please include the Return Merchandise Authorization as your packing slip and reference the RMA number on your shipping label.

Please email the tracking number to admin@greentelecoms.com and retain the number for your records.

Once your item(s) has been received, verified, and tested, you will receive a replacement or a credit note.

6. MODIFICATIONS

Greentelecoms may revise and update these Shipping & Returns conditions at any time. Your continued usage of the Web Site after any changes to these Shipping & Returns conditions will be deemed as acceptance of such changes. Any aspect of the Web Site may be changed, supplemented, deleted or updated without notice, at the sole discretion of Greentelecoms.
